Your gift to the Washington School for the Blind Foundation (WSBF) helps fulfill its mission to broaden and enhance educational and employment opportunities for blind and visually impaired individuals within the State of Washington.

Your spirit of giving will provide each blind or visually impaired person in Washington with the tools, skills and training necessary to give them confidence that anything they choose to do is possible.

The Washington School for the Blind Foundation knows that if blind and visually impaired persons are given resources, opportunities and training needed to be successful; they don’t have to be part of the terrible 70% unemployed and under employment statistic in the US.

The WSBF is currently building a general endowment fund with the long-range purpose to making WSBF programs and projects self-supporting.   Washington School for the Blind Foundation’s financial goal is that our endowment becomes perpetual, so that WSBF grants can be funded from income generated by our endowment or other perpetual gifts.
